  • Vehicle information: make, model, battery capacity (to accurately calculate charging time).

  • Geolocation: your location data to find the nearest available charging stations on the map.

  • Payment data: we do not store full card details. All transactions are processed through certified payment gateways in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

2. Purpose of Data Processing

Your data is used solely to:

  • Enable the start and completion of charging sessions.

  • Display up-to-date usage statistics and top-up history in your account.

  • Provide technical support and promptly resolve issues related to station operation.

  • Notify you about new locations being commissioned or tariff changes.

3. Disclosure of Data to Third Parties

TOKA NETWORK does not sell or disclose your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Disclosure is possible only:

  • To partners that ensure the operation of our services, such as cloud storage providers and payment systems.

  • As required by Ukrainian law, in response to official requests from government authorities.

4. Data Protection

We use SSL encryption protocols and a multi-level authentication system to prevent unauthorized access to your profile.
