Type 1 – J1772 connector, a charging port with cable for single-phase vehicles
Type 2 – Mennekes connector, for charging three-phase vehicles with their own cable

If the station is Type 2 / Type 1 format, make sure the short cable is inserted into the charging station.

What is a commercial charging station?
A commercial charging station is your competitive advantage. If you are the owner of a shopping mall, restaurant, café, sports club, hotel, business center, or parking facility, installing a charging station will attract new customers - and this connection will be serious and long-lasting. When choosing between possible locations, electric car owners will always prefer a place where they can charge their vehicle while shopping, watching a movie, or working out at the gym.
Your location will be added to the international map of charging stations, and the services you provide will be visible to everyone. Today, the opening of a new charging station quickly becomes a point of interest among electric car owners, and word about you spreads fast.
Can a TOKA charging station be installed near the house?
Yes, it is possible. By reaching an agreement with your condominium association or housing maintenance office to install a charging station on your residential property, TOKA will assist you with installation and setup work.
Connecting charging stations with a Type 2 / Type 1 port.
The station has a central socket and two cables (short and long). Power is supplied to the socket on the station, and the two cables act as an adapter for single-phase vehicles.
If you use the station’s cable, make sure the short Type 2 cable is inserted into the socket on the station. With proper connection, the indicator blinks blue, and the display (if available) shows “TOKA CONNECTED.” If you connect with your own cable, insert it into the socket on the station and into the vehicle.
Only one vehicle can charge at a time.
How to start a Fast Charger station?
In the TOKA NETWORK app, enter the station number where you are (or find it on the map), select the port number you connected to the car (CHAdeMO, Combo 2 / CCS, Type 2), then press the green “Connect” button. On the charging station screen, confirm the start of charging and press “Start” (top right button).
How to save money by buying an electric car?
The cost of an eco-friendly vehicle is offset by significant savings. You no longer need to pay for:
• gasoline
• oils and filters
• expensive technical inspections
• parking in the center of Kyiv — for electric cars it is free until 2020
